Overview

This PR does the following:

  • Updates some of the site copy
  • Updates dependencies
  • Fixes broken builds and tests
  • Updates issue and PR templates
  • Deletes node_modules/
  • Cleans up content
  • Replace mentions of master with main

Next Steps

  • Add a new page for manuals (Add links to manuals #764)
  • Add site navigation
  • Update repo description
  • Update README to reflect addition of new content
  • Rename default branch (master → main)
